A classical foundation, built for versatility.

Sophia Kurtz has trained at The Dance Refinery in Greenwood, Indiana for 12 years, and dances on the studio’s competitive Performing Group for the 2026–27 season.

Classical ballet is the center of her training: she has been on pointe for 2 years and has pursued solo ballet work, complemented by contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tap and musical theatre.
